According to speculations and reports I was able to gather from him, the below  image represents the new way okada riders will have to ride in Ibadan, Oyo state.
 According to reports Mayorspeaks Gathered The Governor of oyo state " Seyi Makinde " who is no doubt one of the most active governors in Nigeria at the moment is obviously doing everything possible to make sure the people of Oyo experience civilization and the state is well managed One of the new thing he introduced is making sure all okada riders are well shielded when riding the bikes around Oyo state and environ, the governor who is also one of the most loved Governors in Nigeria has promised to fulfill his pledge to the people of OYO and he kept fulfilling them on a daily basis.
